about

A Traditional Xhosa Song, comprising of some of the different clicks used in this South African language. OXAMU means "Crocodile". Hellenberg, who is accompanied by djembe (played by Daniel Eppel) approaches the beginning of this story-telling tune using a delicate, almost magical tone which eventually grows into a powerful vocal delivery encapturing an ethnic Xhosa sound. A stunning rendition of this playful, proudly South African melody.
